NEWSLETTER - AUGUST 2006

Welcome to the Full Spectrum Newsletter! We hope you will find it useful.

We want to express our heartfelt appreciation for holding the vision with us during the challenges of the past year. Your kind words, friendship and support have helped to keep moving forward and evolving!

THE NEW TAX-EXTENSION RULE

It used to be that for personal tax returns, extensions went from April 15 to August 15 and then to October 15. LLC’s went from April 15 to July 15 and than to October 15.

Now, in both cases, the middle dates above have been eliminated so that both extensions go all the way from April 15 to October 15.

  • ** Paul’s vision is to help others successfully access and achieve their own purpose. He’s eager to be a catalyst to clarify your vision and set up a plan to accomplish it.

One of our clients is hiring Full Spectrum to give 3-4 hour seminars on several “nuts and bolts” topics to his self-employed business associates. Let us know if you would like us to customize something similar for you and your group.

    NEW THIS FALL!

In just a few hours, you can learn how to successfully manage a large or small stock and/or mutual fund portfolio to maximize your investment performance goals. Contact Paul to let him know you’re interested in working with him either one-on-one or in a small group setting for his assistance with financial planning and investing. Paul@FullSpectrumBiz.com

    IRS UPDATE

As previously expressed, the IRS has been examining returns for a few of our clients. Their first results have attempted to dissolve management corporations, which our counsel thinks is overreaching. We are not likely to have any new information from the IRS until the process, now underway, is complete. We have been told it takes several months from the time of filing an appeal to getting on their docket for an appearance. Rest assured, we will keep you informed. In the meanwhile, we’re appreciative to be receiving new clients from your referrals and our web site.

    ADDITIONAL TAX RETURN COPIES

At the time your taxes are done, you receive copies of the returns for your records. If you need us to make you additional copies, we are happy to provide them. For each request, there will be a charge of $15.00 to copy the first return and $5.00 for each additional copy. For example, if you call to have your personal, LLC and corporate returns copied for 2004, the charge would be $25.00 ($15 for the first return and $5.00 for each return thereafter, each time you call for copies).

PHONE CONSULTATIONS WITH PAUL EVERETT, GARY MILLENNOR OR MARCIA SWAIN

Whenever you call in for advice from Paul, Gary or Marcia, you are billed in 6-minute increments. Paul’s hourly rate is $150.00 ($15 per 6 minutes), Gary’s is $95.00 ($9.50 per 6 minutes) and Marcia’s $175 ($17 per 6 minutes.)

    SELF-EMPLOYMENT LETTERS

If you are self-employed, when you apply for a mortgage or refinance your home, your lender will ask you for a self-employment letter from your accountant. We will provide such a letter to your lender promptly for you at a rate of $25.00 per letter.

IF YOU RECEIVE AN IRS NOTICE

If, for any reason, you receive a notice from the IRS, please do not call us. Until we see the documentation, there is nothing we can do. To expedite the process, fax or mail a copy of the notice to us and we will call to let you know we received the notice, what we are going to do about it and a tentative time frame for resolution.

    PAYMENT FOR SERVICES

Payments for services are due at the time services are rendered with the exception of arrangements that are made in advance. Past due accounts in excess of 30 days will be assessed an interest charge of 18% (1.5% per month) on the balance. Thank you in advance for your prompt payments.
